About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Gaming Producer to join our team at Blueprint Technologies in Bellevue, WA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams through game development, ensuring high-quality milestones are met.
  • Organize and conduct effective team meetings, ensuring clarity of action items and follow-up.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including task prioritization, dependency management, and workflow optimization.
  • Engage in regular planning sessions, stand-ups, retrospectives, and review processes to ensure team alignment.
  • Foster clear and collaborative communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Uphold a high standard of quality, applying a player-first mindset to all development aspects.
  • Proactively identify risks and strategize towards successful resolutions.
  • Cultivate an inclusive environment, welcoming diverse perspectives and encouraging team cohesion.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in game production, demonstrating a successful track record in a similar role.
  • Proficient with project management tools and methodologies, capable of tracking complex projects across multiple teams.
  • Deep understanding of art production and outsourcing, with the ability to navigate through creative development challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for cross-disciplinary collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
  • Prior experience with agile development practices, understanding the principles and their application to ensure productive team dynamics.
  • A proven history of shipping game features, with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
