Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Janitorial Associate to join our team at SP Plus Corporation. As a Janitorial Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform janitorial duties, including cleaning and maintaining facilities, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Operate commercial cleaning equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Empty trash and recyclables, and maintain a clean and tidy appearance of the facility.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facility manager.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred.
  • Ability to lift and move 50 pounds or more regularly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
