Job Summary:

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Deputy Clerks - Criminal Case Coordinators. As a key member of the Monroe County Clerk & Comptroller's office, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of traffic and misdemeanor cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and maintain accurate and up-to-date case data, ensuring seamless communication between departments and stakeholders.
  • Perform a wide range of complex clerical duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the Judge and other court staff to ensure the smooth operation of court proceedings.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
