An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Independent Optometrist to join our Sam's Club team in Latham, NY. As a leaseholder, you will have the autonomy to manage your practice, establish your schedule, and control your fees. Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $200,000 - $250,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you may also be eligible for performance bonuses and other incentives.

Requirements:

  • General Liability Certificate and Professional Liability Insurance: Obtain these certificates to ensure compliance with our standards.
  • W-9: Provide a valid W-9 form to complete the application process.
