We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lab Supervisor to join our team at KA Recruiting Inc.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of laboratory professionals and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of laboratory staff
  • Oversee the maintenance of laboratory equipment and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and laboratory policies
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth laboratory operations

Requirements:

  • College degree in a relevant field (e.g. biology, chemistry, medical technology)
  • ASCP certification
  • Florida license
  • Prior experience in a laboratory setting, including leadership roles
