Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan, and stock options.

Job Description

The successful candidate will contribute to the development, optimization, and validation of our cancer diagnostics platform. Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing experimental studies utilizing advanced imaging techniques
• Analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data in a clear manner at internal and external meetings
• Developing and validating novel processes and assays
• Overseeing the operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master's or PhD in biology, biophysics, physics, engineering or a related field
• Experience with advanced biological imaging, image processing, digital image quantification, and assay development
• Experience in data analysis using R, MatLab, or Python
• Experience in multiphoton microscopy, fluorescence lifetime imaging or OCT/OCM
• Broad and deep background in research
