Hospice Care Specialist

At Compassus, we're committed to providing exceptional care and support to our patients and their loved ones. As a Hospice Aide, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate care and enhancing the quality of life for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comfort care and support to patients in their homes, enabling them to remain with their loved ones.
- Work collaboratively with the hospice team to meet each patient's unique physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Help patients approach their final days with joy, peace, and dignity.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
- In states where licensure is not required, applicants must meet one of the following:
- They are already a licensed/certified aide.
- They have completed a state-approved nurse aide training program and have been continuously employed in that capacity for the previous 24 months.
