Key Responsibilities:
- Foster effective communication and collaboration within a team environment, supporting the implementation of a high-quality educational program for preschool-aged children while building positive relationships with students and their families.
- Observe and document children's interests and developmental progress, sharing insights with parents and colleagues, and executing age-appropriate activities under the guidance of the Program Director.
- Design and facilitate engaging school-age program activities and curriculum, promoting active participation among children.
- Create a safe, healthy, and nurturing environment for all students.
- Actively participate in classroom activities; ensure cleanliness, organization, and accessibility of educational materials.
- Maintain open lines of communication with parents through informal discussions and daily updates.
- Encourage self-sufficiency and good hygiene practices through positive behavior modeling.
- Assist in ensuring smooth daily transitions for children.
- Adhere to all program policies and state regulations.
- Keep a tidy and organized workspace.
- Promptly communicate any accidents, illnesses, or incidents to the Program Director.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in education and classroom instruction preferred.
- High energy level and ability to collaborate effectively with others.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Knowledge of child development principles.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
