Inova Health System is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a nursing position in Alexandria, Virginia.
**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our Cardiovascular Neuroscience ICU team at Inova Alexandria Hospital. This is a 16-bed unit focusing on vascular and neuro patient population. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of RN clinical experience, with ICU RN experience being a plus.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ICU environment
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
**Requirements:**
* BSN from an accredited school of nursing
* At least 1 year of RN clinical experience
* BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification required
* ACLS within 90 days
* RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a RN
