Aerospace Assembly Specialist

In this senior-level inspection position, you will be responsible for inspecting electronic components and assemblies to ensure they meet industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics assembly and inspection, with a focus on IPC-A-610 and J-STD.
The salary range for this role is estimated to be around $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on national averages for similar positions in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect rework and assembly performed by others, and solder electronic components per IPC-A-610 and J-STD.
- Articulate and understand written instructions from customer flow down, such as purchase orders and customer technical documentation.
- Read and interpret technical data such as component maintenance manuals (CMMs), assembly/work instructions, and engineering prints.
- Use tools such as solder iron, torque tools, and other assembly equipment.
- Comply with ESD and FOD programs.
- Provide constructive feedback to teammates when corrections are needed.
- You may occasionally need to provide weekend and holiday support to meet customer needs.
- In your role, you will be exposed to:
- Products of various weights and sizes.
