FRP Fabrication Specialist

Job Summary:

Snelling is seeking a skilled FRP Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As an FRP Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for fabricating structural FRP components, including angles, channels, tubes, and gratings. You will also be required to perform various physical duties, maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate structural FRP components, including angles, channels, tubes, and gratings
Perform various physical duties, including moving, securing, installing, loading, or unloading materials
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety standards
Operate basic hand power and air tools, as well as a forklift (if certified)

Requirements:

Ability to read labels, safety warnings, and guidelines
Good attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in FRP fabrication preferred

Working Conditions:

Work will be performed in a shop environment, with regular exposure to dust, noise, and other hazards
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues
