Salina Regional Health Center is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist to join our team in Salina, Kansas.
Work EnvironmentWe offer a full complement of mental health services, including outpatient treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, and inpatient care through our 15-bed psychiatric service unit.
- Collaborate with a team of two psychiatrists and five advanced practice providers.
- Weekday inpatient rounding is completed by advanced practice providers.
- Share call with a team of three physicians; weekends only.
- Enjoy a great support staff, including experienced psychotherapists, marriage and family therapists, professional counselors, social workers, RNs, and advanced practice providers.
- Consistently ranked in the top 1% nationally for patient satisfaction.
We are a Level III trauma center with eight operating rooms, certified for 365 beds, and a patient tower built in 2009 with 100% private patient rooms with lifts.
- Our ICU is renovated in 2013 with intensivist coverage.
- We employ over 90 physicians and 65 advanced practice providers through Salina Regional Medical Group.
- Specialties available for patients include 24/7 cardiothoracic surgery, 24/7 neurosurgery, oncology, neurology, orthopedic surgery, and more.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a sign-on bonus, relocation allowance, base compensation, quality, patient satisfaction, and production bonuses.
