ERP Software Engineer

We are looking for a skilled ERP Software Engineer to enhance and modernize our client's existing ERP system within a manufacturing context. This position requires a strong commitment to working onsite and is a direct hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Transform SQL Stored Procedures, Functions, and Triggers into assemblies, ensuring effective integration and performance.
- Transition SSRS reports to Form Reports in Mongoose/Infor, improving reporting functionality and user satisfaction.
- Oversee application integrations with external software such as DocTrak, Sigmanest, CadTalk, Salesforce, Azure, and PowerBI, facilitating smooth data exchange and compatibility.
- Engage in future ERP enhancements, customization, and documentation, fostering ongoing improvement and innovation.
- Design, implement, and sustain data warehouses, guaranteeing data integrity and availability for analysis and reporting.
- Create and manage custom integrations with third-party systems and applications, boosting ERP capabilities and operational efficiency.
- Deliver training and support to end-users, aiding in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related challenges.
- Keep abreast of the latest Infor Syteline features and technologies, suggesting and executing enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Infor Syteline Administrator, programmer, or developer with a solid history of process development and reporting.
- Expertise in SQL and Visual Studio (VB.Net) is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Infor Syteline/CSI ERP systems and Mongoose API, as well as knowledge of manufacturing systems and data processes.
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure Data Warehouse, PowerBI, CadTalk, Microsoft Office VBA Integrations, Sigmanest, AWS, and Salesforce is advantageous.
- Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Willingness to work onsite for the initial period, with potential for a hybrid/remote arrangement thereafter.
Salary range is $100,000 - $110,000 per year.
