Fundraising Strategist

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.

Ruth & Norman Rales Jewish Family Services is seeking a skilled Development Officer to join our team. This is a full-time position that will play a pivotal role in securing transformative gifts and propelling our mission forward.

This role involves managing a portfolio of 125-150 prospective donors, cultivating meaningful relationships, and securing critical financial support for our initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in fundraising within the non-profit sector.
• Proven track record of success in securing philanthropic gifts.
• Demonstrated experience in Annual Giving and Sustaining Giving.
• Crafting compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the impact of major gifts.
• Strong understanding of the philanthropic landscape, current trends, and best practices.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
