Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women and Infants team at St. Nick's Hospital in Sheboygan, WI. As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will provide emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families, while promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to promote and restore patients' health.
- Supervise assigned team members and promote patient independence by establishing patient care goals.
- Assure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and following nursing philosophies and standards of care.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
