Key Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
  • Collaborate with medical staff and residents' families to ensure seamless care and communication.
Requirements
  • Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
  • Strong understanding of nursing care procedures and medical terminology.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
