About the Role

This full-time position requires a skilled and empathetic nurse who can provide direct patient care and support to children and families in our day treatment setting. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each child.

As a Clinical Care Coordinator for Children, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct patient care and monitoring the physical and emotional well-being of children in our day treatment setting
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans that address the medical, emotional, and educational needs of each child
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress and care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience in pediatrics
  • A valid South Carolina RN license
  • Certification in CPR/BLS
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
