Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide ABA therapy techniques to support individuals with developmental disabilities in the Boston, MA area.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy techniques to support individuals with developmental disabilities.
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions, focusing on skill development and behavior modification.
  • Collect data and track progress to inform treatment planning and decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in ABA therapy preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • ABA certification or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe.
