Schneider is seeking experienced CDL-A Dedicated Team Truck Drivers to join our team. As a Dedicated Team Truck Driver with Schneider, you will be part of a close-knit team that hauls building materials in a dry van trailer. This is a 100% no-touch, 100% drop-and-hook position with 10 loads per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive within CO, IA, KS, MO, ND, NE, SD, and WY
  • Participate in Schneider's Team Pet Policy, allowing you to bring your dog or cat on the road
  • Enjoy mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving
  • Receive weekly performance pay
  • Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments for experienced drivers
  • Benefit from paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, and 6 days of holiday pay per year
  • Participate in Schneider's 401(k) savings plan with company match
  • Enjoy unlimited referral bonuses and $200/month tuition reimbursement (up to $7,000) for qualified drivers
Requirements
  • Must be a formed team
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • HazMat endorsement required within 60 days of hire
  • Minimum 3 months of Class A driving experience
