Job Summary:

As a Medical Imaging Technician at Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation, you will be responsible for performing non-destructive tests (NDT) and determining product acceptability to the authorized limits of the NDT level obtained in accordance with prescribed methods and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Performs NDT and determines product acceptability
Records, organizes, and evaluates test results
Ensures compliance to all radiation safety rules and regulations
Maintains equipment and assures calibration for tests to be performed
Maintains inventory control of area equipment

Requirements:

NDT Level II Certification in two disciplines
Four years of experience in the certifying disciplines
Proficiency in blueprint reading/interpretation and shop mathematics
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

Working Conditions:

This position requires working in a team-oriented environment and performing tasks in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal skills, be a team player, and have the ability to lift and transport objects up to 40 pounds.
