We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time, onsite position. This role is perfect for an SLP who is passionate about working in a school environment, helping students improve their communication abilities and achieve their academic goals.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings, promoting effective communication and academic progress.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress and ensure a cohesive approach to education.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student progress and participate in IEP meetings to ensure student needs are met.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- ASHA CCC-SLP certification and Missouri state licensure or ability to obtain before the start date.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
