About the Role:
ShiftCode Analytics is seeking a skilled PowerBuilder Developer to join our team. As a PowerBuilder Developer, you will be responsible for researching legacy PowerBuilder source code to document the steps the application uses with data.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Legacy Code Research:
Research and document legacy PowerBuilder source code to understand the application's data flow and interactions.

2. SQL Query Writing:
Write complex SQL queries to pull data from Sybase and MS SQL Server databases, ensuring high performance and accuracy.

3. PowerBuilder Development:
Develop and maintain PowerBuilder applications, utilizing version 7 or higher, to meet business requirements.

4. Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless integration of PowerBuilder applications with other systems.

Requirements:

1. Technical Skills:
• 10+ years of experience in SQL query writing, with a focus on complex queries for Sybase and MS SQL Server databases.
• 5+ years of experience in PowerBuilder development, utilizing version 7 or higher.
• Proficiency in source control technologies such as TFS/Azure DevOps or GIT.

2. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related IT discipline.

3. Soft Skills:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office and/or home environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
