Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $95,000 - $105,000 per year, with opportunities for profit sharing and bonuses. We also offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, vision, dental, and 401k matching.

Job Description

As a Physical Therapist Clinic Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our clinics, managing staff, and ensuring that patients receive high-quality care. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategies for growth and improvement.

Requirements
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • At least 2-3 years of outpatient orthopedic experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
