Job Title: Leasing Administrator

We are seeking a well-organized, enthusiastic individual with a knack for customer service to join our prestigious, award-winning property management team as a Leasing Administrator at our luxury apartment community, Quarry Place, Tuckahoe, NY.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering the phone and greeting prospective residents
  • Assist in office work, including scheduling tours, answering limited pricing questions, sending out broker pricing, ensuring the office is always fully stocked with marketing materials, move-in packets, move-in gifts, refreshments, processing move-outs and scanning/uploading documents
  • Handling general residential correspondence, including basic resident inquiries, resident requests, and updating resident profiles with required documentation
Requirements:
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous residential leasing experience and familiarity with Fair Housing regulations/guidelines preferred
