We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operations Officer to oversee the maintenance and operations of our schools and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing maintenance and repair projects, and providing excellent customer service to our students, staff, and community.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the maintenance and repair of school facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment
- Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair projects, including budgeting and scheduling
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and community
- Collaborate with school administrators and staff to ensure smooth operation of facilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for facilities management
- Manage and supervise maintenance and operations staff
- Develop and manage budgets for facilities maintenance and operations
- Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management, engineering, or construction management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
- Proven track record of successful facilities management and operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Master's degree in a related field
- Certifications in facilities management or a related field
- Experience with budgeting and financial management
- Experience with project management and coordination
