Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Enrollment Specialist to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the enrollment of eligible hospital patients into the Third Party Health Insurance Premium Payment Program (HIPP) at our Hospital partner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with patients, key hospital personnel, and other appropriate individuals.
  • Ensure accurate and timely enrollment of patients into the HIPP program.
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to resolve any issues or concerns related to patient enrollment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Nursing, Education, or Psychology preferred and Master's degree is preferred.
  • Preferred five years of internal patient-related, hospital experience.
  • Ability to speak English as well as Spanish is preferred. Fluency in Spanish a big plus.
  • Must pass hospital credentialing including all vaccines, drug & alcohol testing.
