Job OverviewEthan Allen Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team in Poughkeepsie, NY. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage cases from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate progression.
  • Prepare various pleadings, including complaints, motions, interrogatories, requests for production of documents, notices of depositions, briefs, and legal memoranda.
  • Oversee and organize discovery processes.
  • Draft and review legal correspondence related to case proceedings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of litigation experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of case management and legal document preparation.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
