Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for assigned residents.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in residents' health conditions, promptly notifying physicians and families as necessary.
  • Oversee and coordinate the assignments of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs), ensuring they are well-informed about care plans.
  • Implement procedures for the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.
  • Administer nursing care to patients who are ill, injured, or disabled.
  • Develop and execute patient treatment plans based on thorough evaluations.
  • Track and report any changes in patient symptoms or behaviors.
  • Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and preventive care.
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities as needed.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date medical records for all patients.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in nursing or related medical fields.
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment.
  • Ability to establish rapport with patients and their families.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability to excel in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
