Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Bioinformatics Scientist to lead the migration and harmonization of clinical data for our research projects at PriceSenz.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide programming and troubleshooting support to facilitate the dissemination of research data.
  • Perform computational analysis and interpret research data results.
  • Support experimental design and scientific programming in collaboration with research staff.
  • Apply bioinformatics expertise to advise scientists on experimental design, troubleshooting, and data analysis.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of analyses performed and present results during weekly laboratory meetings.
  • Conduct statistical analysis and data processing using existing computational methods.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree required. Ph.D. or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Strong background in computational analysis, bioinformatics, and statistics.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and interest.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master new software, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Software Expertise:

  • Java
  • C, C++
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Field of Study:

  • Neuroscience or related fields

This role requires expertise in bioinformatics, data science, statistics, and database management, ensuring the successful integration and analysis of clinical datasets.
