Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled General Laborer to join our team at Hughes Resources. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support production and non-production work. This includes assisting machine operators, moving parts, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and repetitive tasks to support production and non-production work.
  • Assist machine operators and move parts to maintain production flow.
  • Perform yard maintenance duties, including cleaning and organization.
  • Assemble standard components and parts as needed.
  • Perform cleaning operations on units and parts before final painting.
  • Perform non-production maintenance and warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • No high school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to frequently lift 55 pounds and periodically lift approximately 80 pounds.
