We are seeking a skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary behavioral health department. This generalist role will focus on providing high-quality care in an outpatient clinic setting, elementary school, and after-school program for local youth.

About the Role

This full-time position offers flexible scheduling options, including 4 x 10 hours or traditional Monday-Friday schedules. Our team is dedicated to delivering comprehensive behavioral health services for all age groups, with a strong emphasis on prevention and early intervention.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary of $85,000, paid in regular installments throughout the year. In addition, we provide a generous signing bonus of $5,000 and cover the full cost of employee and family medical insurance premiums. We also offer a 401(k) employer-match of up to 5% and a range of paid time off benefits, including 10 holidays per year.

Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning;
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans;
  • Conducting ongoing evaluation and monitoring of client progress, making adjustments as needed;
  • Maintaining accurate and comprehensive records of client interactions and outcomes.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution;
  • Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or eligibility to obtain licensure in Idaho/Washington;
  • At least one year of post-graduate experience working in a mental health setting; preferably with children and families.
