Nurse Development Specialist

LifePoint Hospitals is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Nurse Resident to join our team. This role provides the opportunity to transition from an academic nurse to a professional Registered Nurse (RN) in a supportive environment.
About the Role
This position requires the ability to work independently, make critical decisions, and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering patient care, completing required documentation, and participating in patient/family teaching and discharge planning.
Requirements
To be eligible for this role, applicants must be recent graduates from an accredited RN program, scheduled to take the NCLEX, and eligible for licensure as an RN in Kentucky. Additionally, they must possess strong critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work in a stressful environment.
What We Offer
In exchange for your hard work and dedication, LifePoint Hospitals offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a two-year service commitment requiring 36-40 hours of work per week post-orientation.
