About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Civil Litigation Associate. You will be responsible for:

  • Handling a diverse portfolio of cases, including automobile and trucking accidents, real estate transactions, and insurance claims.
  • Conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies and motions.
  • Drafting and responding to motions, briefs, and other court documents.
  • Providing legal advice and updates to clients throughout the litigation process.

Requirements:

  • JD from a reputable law school.
  • Admission to the Texas State Bar.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Civil Litigation Associate, with automobile experience preferred.
