Retail Store Co-Director

Hobby Lobby is seeking a talented and experienced Co-Manager to join our team. As a Co-Manager, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our store, working closely with our Store Manager to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and develop our team members.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales floor management, customer service, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase employee engagement.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement plans to achieve business objectives, including sales targets, customer service standards, and employee development goals.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve their performance and achieve their goals.
- Assist with the recruitment, selection, and training of new team members.
- Previous big-box retail management experience.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with sound decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Competitive salary range: $67,600 to $75,400 plus bonus annually.
