Responsibilities:

  1. Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance and support as needed.
  2. Ensure accurate completion of patient charts, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  3. Implement clinical protocols, staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and evidence-based practices.
  4. Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribing medications and educating patients on treatment options.
  5. Analyze patient data, developing diagnoses and treatment plans that meet individual needs.

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Nursing
  • Family Nurse Practitioner License
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
