About the Role:
- As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, leading clinic staff, and implementing clinical protocols.
- You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans, promoting health, wellness, and disease prevention.
- In this role, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously, making decisions that impact patient outcomes and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead clinic staff in delivering excellent patient care, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure accurate completion of patient charts, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Implement clinical protocols, staying up-to-date with the latest medical research and evidence-based practices.
- Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, responsibly prescribing medications and educating patients on treatment options.
- Analyze patient data, developing diagnoses and treatment plans that meet individual needs.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Nursing
- Family Nurse Practitioner License
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a relevant practice, such as Urgent Care or Occupational Medical Facility, ER or Trauma Unit, Family Medical Practice
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
