Community Concepts is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high-quality early childhood education services to families in Western Oxford County.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Partnering with families to support their parenting skills and promote child development.
• Monitoring children's developmental progress and providing regular updates to families.
• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure families receive necessary medical attention.
