The Occupational Health Services LPN provides onsite healthcare and wellness services, promoting the health, safety, and well-being of employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver medical care and first aid in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Conduct health evaluations and provide treatment for work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Participate in case management strategies for work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Assist with coordination of medical claims and workers' compensation.
- Maintain accurate documentation and departmental medical records.
- Serve as part of on-call weekend/holiday rotation for OHS.
- Contribute to Safety, Health Services, and Human Resources projects within the facility.
Requirements:
- Current unrestricted LPN license to practice professional nursing in North Carolina or a compact state.
- Current certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
- 1 year experience in healthcare preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
