About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to join our team in the Bartow, FL region. This role involves supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in the construction of factory-built housing within a manufacturing plant.

Responsibilities
  • Examine blueprints to determine structure dimensions.
  • Study production schedules and assign employees as required to meet production targets.
  • Interpret company policies and enforce safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective planning and scheduling abilities, and acute attention to detail. Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory capacity in a manufacturing environment or equivalent is required.
