As a Key Holder, you play a vital role in our leadership team. Your primary responsibility is to enhance the store's performance in sales, customer service, and operational excellence. Your efforts will create memorable brand experiences for our customers and celebrate team achievements.

Daily Responsibilities:

Leadership:

  • Boost business outcomes by optimizing daily sales strategies and productivity targets while enhancing KPIs through active mentorship on the sales floor.
  • Exhibit a proven track record in sales and KPI achievement, while influencing team performance.
  • Foster strong partnerships with team members, Store Manager, and corporate partners through effective communication and collaboration.

Sales and Service:

  • Model the company's sales expectations and actively cultivate customer loyalty through proactive engagement.
  • Enhance customer experiences by sharing your expertise in cooking, baking, and entertaining.
  • Utilize training resources to educate yourself and your team on products, improve sales techniques, and achieve business objectives.

Operational Duties:

  • Conduct essential operational tasks, including cash handling, reporting, price adjustments, merchandise management, and store opening/closing procedures.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and oversee inventory control activities.
  • Adhere to plans and schedules while responding promptly to changing priorities and business demands.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
  • Capability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 25 lbs.
  • Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Attributes:

  • A genuine passion for cooking, baking, and entertaining.
  • Experience in specialty retail.
