Job Title: MerchandiserJob Summary

We are seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, and merchandising impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships with in-store management to ensure effective merchandising strategies
  • Execute merchandising resets to maintain a visually appealing store environment
  • Build retail displays to showcase products and drive sales
  • Merchandise impulse items on clip strips & J-hooks to maximize sales opportunities
  • Implement plan-o-grams to optimize product placement and visibility
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners
  • The ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include standing and walking 3-8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
  • Residency within 20 miles of Astoria, OR 97103/ Seaside 97138
