Role Overview:
Home Care Lead Specialist
Standard working hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (Hours may vary based on client and business requirements)
Administrative on-call responsibilities for up to two weeks each month. (The On-Call team manages any urgent matters outside of regular hours)
Willingness to assist with client care as required.

Key Duties:
In addition to caregiving responsibilities, the Lead Specialist serves as a mentor, guide, and coach to fellow caregivers, fostering enduring relationships and enhancing client retention through Quality Assurance initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Home Care
- Ability to cover shifts and assist with admissions as necessary
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for home visits
- Sound judgment and self-control
- Safety-conscious approach
- Understanding of personal care principles and safety protocols
- Availability for on-call duties
