Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include:

  • Meticulously cleaning guest rooms, which involves making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, vacuuming carpets, and dusting surfaces.
  • Restocking and replenishing items in guest rooms to ensure a pleasant experience.
  • Communicating the cleanliness status of each room upon completion of cleaning tasks.
  • Removing any room service trays and tables from guest areas.
  • Maintaining an organized and well-stocked supply cart at all times.
  • Checking all cleaning equipment before and after use to ensure it is functioning properly.
  • Responding promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality service.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • The physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, stretching, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
  • A flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a housekeeping role is highly desirable.
