Primary Duties:
  • Implement the WOW (Wow Operating Way) strategy effectively
  • Engage positively with clients and colleagues
  • Refinish automobiles in accordance with insurance protocols and quality benchmarks
  • Assess and prepare repairs for high-quality refinishing
  • Fulfill all necessary repair tasks to adhere to quality expectations
  • Adhere to factory and Assured procedures for the refinishing process
  • Rectify paint imperfections through wet sanding and polishing techniques
  • Guarantee the correct application of paint materials
  • Manage paint material expenses within established KPIs
  • Conduct surface preparation, masking, priming, and top coating
  • Accurately mix paint for precise color matching
  • Report any additional damages not listed on repair orders
  • Assist in suggesting and implementing new equipment
  • Remain informed on advancements in automotive technology through ongoing training
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a collision repair refinishing role
  • Preferred: PPG Certification and I-Car Registration
  • Comprehensive knowledge of repair and refinishing methodologies
  • Exceptional attention to detail and precision
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Must possess personal tools
