Serenity Hospice is seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team in Salem, OR. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with feeding and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the Case Manager
- Participate in patient care planning and implementation
