Warehouse Yard Driver - Seasonal Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Yard Driver to join our team at Dollar Tree. As a Warehouse Yard Driver, you will play a critical role in the safe and efficient movement of trailers in and out of our distribution center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Move trailers in and out of doors at the DC and place them in designated spots on the yard.
  • Perform required trailer switches.
  • Perform daily inspections of yard equipment and report any defects.
  • Perform general warehouse duties as needed, including loading of trailers and use of forklift type equipment.
  • Must be able to back 48' and 53' trailers proficiently.
  • Ability to adapt to job duty and department changes as required.

Requirements:

  • Prior yard driver/yard jockey experience.
  • Ability to perform general warehouse duties as needed.
  • Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.

What We Offer:

  • Starting wage $22.00/hour.
  • $0.60 an hour Shift Differential on 2nd shift.
  • $500 Referral bonus.
