About the Role

Piedmont Eastside Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing high-quality MRI examinations and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for examinations, ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient examinations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program (ARRT) or certified by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience as a Radiology Technologist required
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiography (R) or Certified by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)
  • Advanced certification by the ARRT in MRI (MR) preferred
  • Six (6) months MRI technologist experience preferred
  • BLS certified
