Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate product cost, pricing, and tooling details for internal and external customers, adhering to established guidelines and processes.
  • Balance organizational sales growth and profit goals to produce quoted prices that drive success.
  • Report and analyze pricing data for specific products and customer categories, as assigned by manager.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably with knowledge of ERP systems and data management.
  • Advanced analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to interpret product prints and requirements, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a focus on producing consistent measurable results.
  • Ability to negotiate and collaborate with others to arrive at a conclusion, using compromise, persuasion, influence, rationale, and diplomacy.
  • Ability to think critically and utilize logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.

This is a 100% onsite position with no hybrid or remote work available.
