**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Educator for Phlebotomy to join our team at Phalen Leadership Academies. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and hands-on training to students enrolled in our Phlebotomy program.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging classroom lectures and lab sessions in accordance with the program curriculum.
  • Demonstrate and guide students through essential procedures, emphasizing proper technique and patient care.
  • Evaluate and assess student performance through exams, practical exercises, and assignments.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.

Requirements:

  • Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent certification required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in phlebotomy, including venipuncture and specimen handling.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
