Requirements

Responsibilities

The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions, and developing a treatment plan to meet their needs.

The therapist will also provide direct patient care, collaborate with other disciplines, and evaluate the effectiveness of the treatment plan.

  • Develop a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders
  • Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions
  • Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
