Job Title: PC Hardware Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced PC hardware specialist to join our IT team at Kituwah Global Government Group, LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting various hardware and software systems for our clients.

About the Role:
• Install, configure, and upgrade PC hardware and software components, such as motherboards, processors, memory, hard drives, operating systems, applications, etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve PC issues, such as network connectivity, virus infections, system errors, hardware failures, etc.
• Perform routine maintenance and backups of PC systems and data
• Provide technical support and training to users on PC-related issues and best practices

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a PC technician or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
• Experience with firewalls and routers (preferred)
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail & strong problem-solving skills

Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience
